You may use the Feezy Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the security, performance, or functionality of the Platform
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content

Feezy reserves the right to restrict or suspend access if misuse is detected.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Feezy. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Human Verification & Account Responsibility

Feezy provides human verification services to ensure trusted interactions. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during verification and account setup.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities performed through your account
• Not sharing access with unauthorized individuals

Feezy reserves the right to restrict or suspend access if misuse is detected.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials available on the Feezy Platform are the property of Feezy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without consent
• Feedback you submit may be used to improve our services
• Unauthorized commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited

Feezy reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

5. Financial Information & Services

Feezy facilitates fee collection and payment workflows between coaching institutes and their students. You agree to provide accurate financial information for transactions processed through the Platform.

• Payment instruments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant gateways
• Refunds are governed by the policy of the issuing institute
• Discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of the transaction

Feezy is not a financial institution and does not hold customer funds beyond processing windows.

6. Data Privacy & Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols
• Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• You retain the right to request export or deletion of your data

Feezy reserves the right to restrict or suspend access if misuse is detected.

7. Third-Party Services

The Feezy Platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, communication providers, and analytics tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

• Feezy is not responsible for outages or errors caused by third parties
• You are responsible for reviewing the terms of any linked service
• Integrations may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion

8. Disclaimer

The Feezy Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

• We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation
• We do not guarantee specific collection outcomes or business results
• Information on the Platform is for general informational purposes only

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in such cases, the exclusions above may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feezy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

• Aggregate liability is capped at the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for losses caused by your acts or those of third parties
• Statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law are preserved

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud or gross negligence.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Feezy Platform at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms or where we are required to do so by law.

• You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard
• Some provisions survive termination, including liability and IP clauses
• On termination, your data is retained or deleted per the Privacy Policy

Feezy reserves the right to restrict or suspend access if misuse is detected.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or operational practices. Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

• The “Last Updated” date below indicates when the Terms were last revised
• Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform
